Final update of interior work that was going on BTM layout bangalore. This 2BHK required a lot of veneer work which we were able to successfully complete within timeline given. Lot of browns and blacks used with a gloss finish for the wardrobes and study tables.
Foyer includes an extended shoe rack unit which features openable shutters at the bottom wherein close to 50-60 pairs can be accommodated. On the left side you can see a sleek unit where a designer light could be fit; and on the right side we have a provision for a statue to be kept and is lit by a top spot light. The entire god shelf is surrounded by glass partition and shutter.
Foyer also features a decent and flat false ceiling with niche to hold a square ceiling light.
In Living room we designed an extended TV unit finished with dark color veneer in matte finish. Using the double ply on both top and bottom, the bottom tv cabinets are sturdy and offer an elegant look. On the top are the two separated top opening cabinet and side shelves which are finished with 4mm veneer polished with melamine.
In living room, the ceiling is beautified with a rafter-featured false ceiling studded with spotlights at apt spaces. In the center hangs a designer fan.
Dining room features a comprehensive designer item. On the top you’d notice a linear false ceiling featuring contrasting rafter colored with dark colors and lit indirectly using concealed LED lighting. On the wall are two 90 degree ledges that put focus on the painting hung in the center. As a partition to the living room and the dining room, is a structure with down facing LED spotlight and bamboo holding structure along with glass partition that has paddy leaves sandwiched in between (not shown in video).
The noticeable structure in the dining room is the Pooja unit that has adjacent crockery unit with glass shelves and glass wall. There is more storage on the top of the crockery unit.
Guest / Study Room
The study room has a study unit finished with a brown shade veneer with an attractive grain in it. The study is made cozy and look natural with the stone cladding in the backside. On the top is the storage space for the files with glass fixed shutter. On the right we have a brown shaded veneer finished sliding wardrobe with the loft on top. On the other end we have a wall painted with a nice texture. In the top is the simple POP false ceiling completed with a muddy color.
Master bedroom has a more blacker finish compared to the other bedrooms. The sliding wardrobe features a black veneer with matte finish and some curves on the face. The loft features the same design; and the same veneer has been used on the dressing unit and the corner TV cabinet.
The false ceiling is special in this room as it features different height levels with a small variation in the color. The spotlight spread across this false ceiling adds to the effect of the room.
