Hola! This is one of our exclusive 3BHK flat apartment interior’s in Salarpuria Greenage, Bangalore.
As every flat in Salarpuria Greenage comes with the normal default floor plans, but we don’t want the show the same replica in terms of interiors. So see how we have designed the apartment décor.
This foyer area consuming 6×8 feet of floor space at entrance was properly planned by our designers with a spacious shoe cabinet with a sit-out provision in the middle. So just fetch more alluring look we cladded the wall with light colored stone as a complementary to the laminate which we have used.
#Living #dining #interiors:
TV unit, the basic furniture in the #living interiors was designed to give it a keen look by providing a short pillar that runs down into the bottom cabinets. This helps in hiding the TV cables and thereby avoiding the messy look. 3 Bottom cabinets were designed with soft close mechanism to stuff in their electric consoles. The wall was painted with bright and textured paint to highlight the furniture more.
False ceiling in living cum dining area is amazing in its core as all the circles occupied the ceiling.
As the dining furniture comes in you can get more feel of this space. Crockery unit in Dining area is in 3 bottom cabinets with openable doors. Instead of providing top drawers attached to the cabinets we did something different this time. Using the SS rods we lifted the drawers to a certain height so that some space is left in-between which can be used to place their plates, salt and pepper tins etc. And a ledge was provided studded with spotlights.
#Modular kitchen interior designs
Entrance of kitchen welcomes you with warm open bar. It draws more attention to kitchen area especially from the eyes who loves champagnes. A nice curvy breakfast counter appears its presence in white and dark colored laminates.
This modular kitchen is a combination of Alphanzo mango color laminate for bottom cabinets and gray color for top cabinets. When it comes to modular kitchen cabinets we designed the entire bottom cabinets in the form of bottle pull-out, sink cabinets, thali basket and one more interesting concept is Lee-mann’s corner.
The specialty of this corner is it occupies less space because of its magical mechanism and gives more storage option in the form of foldable trays. 1 tall unit was designed in the right hand side with the provision for oven and some openable cabinets in it.
Another added feature is for the first time we used strip lighting in kitchen for the hob point which gives more trendy and decent look.
#Bedroom passage interiors:
The passage false ceiling in bedroom is designed in a curvy shape along with cove-lighting. On the other side of the wall we designed chest of drawers to stuff their magazines, favourite shoes or even their stockings.
#Master bedroom interiors:
Dresser in its silky finish makes it appearance on your right hand side as soon as you enter into the room. Again the cot is completely modular and the headboard is the crown of the entire cot. We used gypsum boards at the back of the cot to provide cove-lighting and to give a soothing look. False ceiling is the floating pieces placed in a random way.
Modular Wardrobe slider shutters was made of lacquered glass framed with SS strips.
#Interiors Parents Bedroom:
Though the space if parents bedroom is very minimal we tried to highlight with the limited resources we have. Headboard of the parent’s cot was designed with acrylic board with some curvy CNC design on the top of it. 2 door slider wardrobe is a slider one with complementary shades of brown color. False ceiling is nothing but 2 pieces floating down with a connecting bridge of 2 wooden rafters.
Dresser again is a simple furniture piece with a curvy mirror seated on a bottom cabinet.
