Create a cube and add you detail, select the faces in the front, and then hit poke face. Select the center of each point, then hit chamfer vertex. Select those faces, select each of the little squares that were created, and extrude these faces in. Smooth your mesh. Click the diagonals connecting the circles, then bevel those edges (2), then select the faces created from that bevel and extrude them in. Create a lattice to edit it if you want.
